Mahabub Rahman Biplab, Rangpur correspondant: A three-way fight between boat plows and truck marks in the 12th National Assembly elections in Rangpur-2 (Badarganj/Taraganj) constituency.

It is known that Rangpur consists of 1 municipality and 10 unions of Badarganj upazila and 5 unions of Taraganj upazila - 2 constituencies. Current MP Ahsanul Haque Chowdhury Duke nominated boat marker candidate of Awami League, former MP Alhaj Anisul Islam Mondal nominated plow marker candidate of Jatiya Pati and independent truck marker candidate former Upazila Chairman Krishak League Central Committee Joint General Secretary Biswanath Sarkar Bitu. Anisur Islam Mondal, candidate for the plow marker of Jatiya Pati, said that the Awami League leaders and activists are voting as independent candidates with different logos because people do not like the boat mark of the Awami League.
